I currently have a storage unit and needed an additional one. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley. It was nice to interact with a female for a change. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Ashley for you customer assistance

Nice facility, Tay was very helpful!

Tanaysha was awesome. Great building

Anthony the manager was a true gentleman and honest help. I'm extremely happy with the honest service and storage unit.

Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. They are both very knowledgeable and patient- which are amongst the most important qualities to possess in a field like theirs. Would definitely recommend this location to experience superb hospitality, safe storage and an overall great environment. Thank you, guys!

I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !

If you're looking for a place to store your stuff, Storage Post is IT. ?? Their clean facilities and top-notch security gave me the peace of mind I needed. 10/10.

I just signed up so cannot attest to grading the facility itself but the current store manager Anthony is a gem! He was very helpful when i first signed up and got me the best unit available in regards to size and proximity to loading dock. The day i moved in was a Sunday and i was running a tad late since they do close early on that day and he was gracious enough to stay after hours to let me store my furniture that i was bringing in on a rental truck - if he hadn't stayed later i would have had no place to put my items and would have had to incur further charges with the rental truck co. I cannot thank him enough - he provided the human quality often lacking in business. His customer service and plain old compassion are second to none and this location would be smart to do anything to keep him there because i think he is the only reason the place is still running! Anthony - kudos to you and keep doing the amazing job you are doing! Thank You!

Manager Anthony was EXTREMELY accommodating when I went in to sign lease for my storage unit. The associates who take reservations over the phone during the initial consultation should be as thorough as he was when it comes to making sure that the rooms rented are suitable for their customers. Anthony can certainly teach them a thing or two.
