Nice and clean facility. Easy loading bay. The only thing annoying is that every time the I need to put something there carts are always gone.

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . This place is THE BEST!!! It is a clean and well kept facility and the rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. As for the staff, I only encountered one so far which was Alex and he was AWESOME!!! I was having a bit of a difficult time getting situated but he really helped to make the check-in process run smoothly. Also, Alex answered all of my questions and explained the storage facilities policies and procedures to me clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs due to its economical prices and its staff (so far Alex...if he is any indication of the rest of the staff then I am sure that they are just as AWESOME!!!).
