Great price compared to other locations. Only flaw with this place is the schedule. You can't even access your unit on off hours. Other than that it's great.

My business is located a few minutes from Storage Post Pelham so it's been convenient for me to store working supplies at this location. We've been using this facility since 2009 and have maintain anywhere from 1 to 3 rooms at a time. I use it mostly for storing my clients goods and all our excess working supplies. As an event company we need access all hours of the day and evening. I like this location because we can access as early as 6am and as late as 10pm with keycode access. It's clean and secure and well lit and I'm yet to feel insecure while using the facility. I had an issue recently and reached out to a supervisor for help. I spoke with District Manager Alexandro who was very willing to help and to find a amicable solution. He was efficient, professional and followed up as promised in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storage Post Pelham.

The District manager Mr Oats helped me with a better rate. They will keep me as a customer. I recommend this storage post.

All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!!
