Wow! Great Service! Staff is very friendly and go out of there way to help! I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. I want to start off by saying thank you to Rudy shout outs. His personality, services and knowledge about the facility and rates were on point and accurate. These prices beat many of these competitors near by which I won't name. I definitely recommend Storage Post for anyone looking for a great space with an awesome price.

Great customer service facility always clean have great rates staff goes the extra mile i use to rent at another storage they had hidden fees and raised rates after move in . Rent storage post no hidden fees and 24 hour security. Im comfirtable that i know my things are sAfe.
