Ozzie is absolutely stellar! I had to do a unit upgrade today and he was extremely patient. It was extremely busy today but at no point did he make me feel like I was being rushed along. He thoroughly explained all of my options and did so with a smile. Thanks, Ozzie!

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.

Great customer service! Very clean, well maintained, and very secure! And has plenty of choices for different storage size needs. Will definitely recommend to others if looking for a clean affordable storage space then look no further than Storage Post Self Storage facility.

I am not a customer but recently went to the storage with a friend. I liked the friendly customer service the employees demonstrated. The building is clean and well kept. In the future I would definitely become a customer.

My experience today was amazing. I got here at the top of the morning when they open and Tyrone was here punctual as always. Upon entry, he gave me the schematics of all the storage unit and how I could essentially use the storage facility to my advantage and I truly appreciate it. I’m definitely looking forward to my time here at storage post
