Update. This has been resolved. Thanks so much for helping me out. Victor was so very helpful! Moral of the story: people get busy and sometimes help is a little slow to arrive. If you are persistent, you’ll eventually find the right person. Victor is an asset at the Storage Post location in New Rochelle. I hope he’s appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate him! Damage due to falling ceiling. No help! Need to update my review. I've been a customer for 5 years and have ways enjoyed Storage Post. However, I have damage to one of the rooms and it's getting progressively worse. I've mentioned it to the staff several times. I'll try to upload some of the pictures shortly.

My move the your storage was absolutely incretable great staff a there was one lady who help me Forgot her name she is registration and giving me a unit excellent she deserve a five ⭐️ stra.think Linda not sure but she was one who help me over the phone a offer me great promotions I could not resist::::unit is clean quiet close to New your not far I really love it. Other storage units I been to haven’t even match this company:::thank u

Great customer service and a great team all around at this location. Carmen was especially good to work with. Storage Post also has clear customer service support from the 800 number facilitating this location. Very helpful staff! Hours are limited if you don’t have a business with an LLC etc., so get clued into what the location’s hours and access limitations are.

Awesome price, the hours are not good for me, specially Sundays

I went in to the facility yesterday to find a storage space and the customer service was great. A young lady named Nychelle showed me 3 units , she was patient with me and she made me feel like my items will be safe with them. I came in just to look and I’m now going in on Saturday to rent the space she showed me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.
