I Have been using Storage Post Facility for seven months.Marisol was very helpfull resoilving my Problem.Very Secure and clean. I would recommend anyone to this facility just keep the prices from going up every year.

I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.

I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!!! I like this storage because it looks very clean well maintained. And their prices are not bad. Edyta Colon was the one that help me set up and she was amazing. Her customer service skills is on point. She should be promoted to manager or be given a raise because she takes a her job seriously, she is very knowledgable, very kind and polite. I loved her and she made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Edyta. You awesome!!!
