Very friendly and helpful stuff, ready to answer all your questions anytime. Most importantly, really spacious place with wide loading docks in front as well as at the back of the building and huge freight elevator that can fit half of the apartment easily. The on-site staff at the location are fantastic. When I messed up something and didn't have access to my locker, they were so good in fixing the situation. Also, very reassuring and kind - I was pretty freaked out! Carmen, Romulus, and Lidell were the best! The only disappointment with Storage Post is that the hours of public access to the units are more limited than when I first got my locker long ago. It is for increased security, so I understand, but still a little tricky sometimes when I had to get to the unit in Brooklyn after work in the city.

I highly recommend Storage Post - everyone I interacted with was warm, efficient, and helpful. Thank you Carmen and Portia for making our move as easy and pleasant as it possibly could be!
