After spending 2 hrs moving all the items into the storage unit, I noticed that the latch does not lock so I am left with a bar of sorts that was mounted on top of the door. With so many break-ins at the facility, I certainly don't feel like my items are secure in that unit. I put two locks on the latch but it seems that a crow bar can easily remove the latch from the door. I went back to my unit and am pleased to see that the mgr had another latch placed on the outside of the unit. Hopefully, the 2 latches and 2 locks will deter breakins.

Decent prices on storage areas. Big loading dock with plenty of lighting and a clean environment. You have the option to pay on line or automatic payments. Not opened 24hrs for storage access.

Facility is in a dark area of the Bronx but overall my experience was pleasant. I had my unit for a while there and closed my account today. The manager Jay was cool, gave us all the info we needed and helped us quickly move out of our unit. The Price here was cheap and I will be coming back if I need another space. I would give 5 stars but no loading area for parking.

Nice and clean facility. Easy loading bay. The only thing annoying is that every time the I need to put something there carts are always gone.

Finally got to sign contract ‍️Dealt with Manny, who was very accommodating. If short-staffed, there needs to be a better system for staffers to be aware of customers who need office assistance, when staff are on the floor!

The move in experience was great Stacy was extremely pleasant. The only problem is that they advertise 5x5x4 but with pipe going straight through the unit it makes it much smaller because you can not use space on top. Stacy showed me other units and it was all good.

The online customer service was very helpful. The young lady who stayed past her work hours was very helpful as well. I am at the Huguenot facility. I did not give 5 stars because of the night traffic that goes in and out of the facility. I am very concerned about going there at night. it looks like these people are staying in the units at night. Please check into this situation, I am very fearful of going to the facility after office hours to go to my storage unit.

The website and the call center gave me some misinformation about the availability of time that I did not realize would cause me serious inconvenience until I actually got to the space (which is under construction). However, I was super impressed with the effort and overtime that the company (the staff in office, the manager out of office, the district manager and others on the phone) affixed to resolve the issue. They worked really hard to help me out and made the necessary adjustments to get me to be able to move in that day without a hitch. The manager, Ivan and his staff member Hassan, really made all the difference. I am giving them a four out of five, because the facility is still being constructed. If it weren't for the experience of working mainly with these two, I would have given them a one out of five. That's how much they improved my impression of the company.

Great place, clean, temperature controlled, bathrooms and food prices for the most part
