Storage Post in Yonkers, NY has answered alot of my storage needs. I have experienced excellent customer service from the staff, in particular, the manager Anthony. He is always available with whatever i need, and is willing to work with me, to the best of his ability. Anthony knows all his customers, and addresses them by their names. It really makes a difference when you are acknowledged and your needs are met. Excellent customer service skills.

Clean, clean, clean. Absolutely the cleanest place I've ever used. Great rates and friendly staff. Clean, can't say that enough. The price increases are really crazy and late fees suck, but what you gonna do? Still worth it

The location is ideal for storage, adjacent to the Cross Bronx Expressway. I obtained a unit at a great price and completed the process in under ten minutes. The front desk representative was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. Five stars well deserved.

Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

A wonderful place. I was happy with the previous team (when it was Keeper's Storage) and the upgrade has brought many improvements.
