I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.

Unlike some other facilities I looked at, service was quick and informative. Their facility is so convenient - ground level and easy to pull in and unload. Leslie went the extra mile in helping us get settled in. The unit is clean and spacious. Their pricing is great! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to rent from Storage Post at Fordham Road!
