So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!

I had a great experience with Storage Post - their units were clean and well-maintained.

Approaching the building I was amazed how clean and appealing it was, the spacious loading docks, all of the cameras outside, the kiosk and than the attentiveness Manny the man gave from the moment I walked in, I read alot of the reviews and oh boy are they true! Manny did a marvelous job representing this facility and what it has to offer, he gave me a very well mannered, calm, respectful, funny and detailed tour of the building. Alot elevators and karts. Pricing and discounts he explained was very convenient along with the access hours. Again thank you Manny you really made me feel welcome.

Storage Post is beautiful, as storage places go -- immaculate, climate controlled and most importantly, brightly lit on each entire floor! Other storage places light up a stretch at a time, but at Storage Post, the entire floor is lit and stays that way the whole time you're there. Manny, the manager, showed 4 different rooms at different prices and sizes and wrote them all down for consideration with no pressure. The prices are so reasonable, way less than at storage facilities in other boroughs. I would and already have recommended Storage Post to friends.

Im a fire alarm vendor(highrisefire)for storage post i had a great experience while testing their fire alarm system i was in good hands with kevin miller area manager at this location very helpful,profetional great customer service and a exceptional employee,kevin was awesome made my job and my day easier,i recommed this location to everyone well deserve five stars.

This lady must take OVER at this location!!!! Edyta showed the out most amazing customer service. She manages the New Jersey location but I would love to see her here more often she must take OVER. The best customer service I have ever seen anywher… through the whole process aswell as connected with me socially Edyta while guiding me to the best locker for me .Not enough words to express the best service .

I reserved a storage unit online this morning at about 8:30 am, and received a call from Larry within minutes of the store opening. He was polite and helpful and welcomed me to New York.
