Very comforting to know that my belongings will be secured. The staff was phenomenal in supporting my move.

The overall move went pretty well. Staff were very helpful with getting me all set up. My problem however began when I got to my unit. I rented a 10"×10" space, but when I arrived I could immediately tell this was not a 10"×10" space simply because I had just left a 10"×10" space prior to moving here. When I alerted the staff member about it, I was told that he did not know what I could do, because they don't measure the spaces. I continued making my argument, at that point I was told that I had to measure the space and prove that it was not 10"×10". So I did. While I was measuring, another staff member showed up and watched as I measured. It showed that the space is 10"×7" . As I spoke about paying for a 10"×10" space but only getting 10"×7". I was told sarcastically that maybe I should have stayed in the 10"×10" where I was. I did not find that funny at all. Then I was told that this matter would be emailed to the higher ups and someone would get back to me about a reduction in price. I'm still waiting... shortly after posting my review I was contacted by the district manager who was very nice and apologetic concerning my encounter with the staff. She explained that my storage has been reduced because of the dispute in size and assured me that the disrespectful manner in which I was treated, will not be tolerated. I really appreciate the way this situation was dealt with and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you Mylandria...

Takasha and karim gave me excellent customer service I came the day before and my wife wasn't sure if she wanted the unit and karim handled it perfectly fine

Great storage considering I got a 7 x 5 for 20 a month due to an error. But it lasted almost a year until I got a letter that they were going to raise the price . 5 stars cause they kept their promise and my stuff was secure. The place is organized and clean!

I came to Webster and Leslie was outstanding!! He helped my transfer my unit and made the process so easy for me. He is the best !!! He even offered me a seat because I was tired. Storage post is the best and I plan on renting more units in the future all because of Leslie !!!!! He’s amazing !!!!!

Randy always gives a little extra customer service when possible; something that is unfortunately missing in a lot of other places. Great "can do" attitude.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nychelle who is so pleasant and resourceful. I came into this location with a-million-and-one questions and I even called a couple times as well. Each time, Nychelle was respectful and knowledgeable about my concerns. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal and it made the process to secure a storage unit feel like a breeze.

Great place. The staff members are very informative and helpful. Especially Adrienne, she has a contagious personality and is always professional; she provides excellent customer service and is always helpful when in need. I rate her ten stars ? always going beyond expectation.
