Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

I had a unit here for over 5 years! They rarely raised the rent at all so that is a major plus. It went up maybe 20 bucks during the whole course of our time renting the space which I think is reasonable. Customer service, both via phone and in person, was always impeccable. The facility is nice. It’s temperature controlled and easy to navigate, they provide carts and elevators. They even let me borrow a broom to finish up cleaning when I moved out which was nice. Anytime I was a little late paying the rent they worked with me and let me get caught up without too much hassle, unlike other facilities where it seems like they’re overly eager to auction your stuff. Overall I highly recommend this storage facility!

I recently rented a storage unit here & Manny at the front desk was super helpful. He walked me through the entire process & helped me pick the best unit. He was a kind, humble dude & made the process feel super easy & safe. Great dude & great prices!

Outstanding,the manager on duty (Ozzie)was professional and courteous explaining everything to me since this is the first time I'm using a storage facility since I am in the process of moving.

My english is not good at all i speak arabic, manny using google translate was very very helpful, i love the security cameras, 3 elevators, very clean, alot of moving supplies, very good access hours and the kiosk but most of all manny is the best you need more manny’s

thank you so much! The service was outstanding, I was helped by Franny who was such a sweet heart, I asked the most annoying questions and he didn't even hesistate to answer me. He showed me different rental units, different prices, very knowledgeable! Process was done so quick, I went to another location yesterday and spent almost an hour there for nothing at all! Didn't even spend an hour registering and unloading due to rhto amazing service that was provided. Big shoutout to the big guy with the beard who allowed us to park the uhaul when an emergency came up in the middle of unloading our things. I didn't get his name lol ! Thank you so much guys !!!
