They have improved over the years and now the access hours make this place a top choice.

Prior to booking with StoragePost, I had called about 6-7 other storage places. Storage Post in Garden City had the best rates. The location is in a nice area and easy to get to from a highway. The facility is new and clean. When you pull in to drop your things there is a tarp on top of the loading docs which makes it convenient when its raining/snowing so you stuff does not get wet. They have plenty of dolly's to help you bring all the items to your unit. It is a month to month lease and they ask for 10 day notice if you not going to be needing the unit anymore. Very convenient that you are not locked into something for a year or longer. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 starts and not 5 is because when I booked it over the phone the girl told me that the unit can be in 2 people's name (this was very important to me and I made sure to ask numerous times during the call). However when we came to sign the lease, we were told that the unit can only be in one person's name and there is no way around that. Other than that this place is nice and for a reasonable price.

A great place for your storage needs but their pricing is high every few months; they go up a few dollars more need be.

Only one of the elevators worked, which slowed down how quickly I could move my stuff in and cost me more with my moving company.

Good Customer service they are ver helpful with anything you need when it comes to storage

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.

PROS: They guy who works at the front desk is pretty helpful and laid back. The price of the storage rooms are great for the amount of space that you receive. CON: The woman at the front desk named DANA. TERRIBLE attitude with minimal customer service skills. She talks over you while you're trying to converse or ask a question(while giving you wrong information because she isn't listening to hear you, she's listening to respond with an attitude), which is extremely rude and annoying.

It's clean I will say that

A new insurance company is taking over and raising the insurance rate. Smdh.
