The staff is friendly and having 24 hour access is very helpful. My only complaint is that if you’re there after 6pm when the office is closed,the bathroom is frequently out of toilet paper. This should be checked and restocked before the staff leave for the night.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . The place is clean, workers always there and help you if you need it. Just please be careful with the garage door for vehicle access, follow the rules.
