Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

I have all of my belongings at this facility in The Bronx I have been with them for almost 2 years already and they have been so much help. I'm not only happy about how clean the manager Kristian keeps it but he is also kind with answering any questions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see their belongings well kept and in the same condition. Kristian is awesome and so hands on I really felt welcomed and attended to.

STORAGE POST 620 Richmond terrace Staten Island NY 10301. This is a best place to store your things and is a great environment inside and outside and the ladies whom attended to me called Anna, she is friendly and helpful. I so much loved this place with the parking space and the equipment to help move things from your vehicle to storage. They have all kind of storage depending on what you want and the lady Anna will help out.

Really great storage options, most floors are recently renovated, units are clean and well ventilated, I love there is no carpets so less dust problems. Great staff, Tristan and Many were super helpful.

Excellent experience. Dayna was super helpful, and set me up with my unit super quick. Dan gave me the rundown of accessing the unit, and showed me where to go. Looking forward to putting the unit to use. Thanks!

Nakia was amazing and a rockstar she is so sweet if you have storage do it with post the prices are amazing and she is the girl to go too.
