After hearing about my issues management reached out to me to assess and rectify the situation. They are adamant about customer satisfaction and if they make a mistake they take charge and fix it. I would give 5 stars but I'm still upset that all the outlets (for whatever reason) are still sealed up

It was a pretty quick process to rent our room, and we found the facility to be very clean and easy to use.

Have had minor issues in the past with not receiving referral incentive. Staff is usually courteous but should brush up on customer service skills since some remarks previously given have been a bit judgemental. Units always available, bathroom always clean. My only issue is the elevator, took quite a while to go down 4 floors, thought I was going to get stuck.

Not bad simple instructions easy to find locate and obtain access, sign up was easy and I moved everything within 2 days, staff is very friendly I even showed up at 4pm on a Sunday and they had closed the gates for the day I called and the staff member let me in and allowed me to access the storage , so I’m happy about that and also it’s clean not like the other locations full of graffiti and dirty this is decent

Staff was excellent, both associates gave their advice and knowledge. The only down side was the aggressiveness and rudeness of the other tenants (all men) waiting for service, waiting for elevator, obtaining carts.

New. Just opened. Just a little concerned about the glue traps. Mice problems already? I haven't seen any signs that it's a problem. Will keep an eye out though.

Rohan and Derek are extraordinary human beings. Very helpful. The stress in moving was palpable and difficult; we're just relieved at this point that it's done.

Prior to booking with StoragePost, I had called about 6-7 other storage places. Storage Post in Garden City had the best rates. The location is in a nice area and easy to get to from a highway. The facility is new and clean. When you pull in to drop your things there is a tarp on top of the loading docs which makes it convenient when its raining/snowing so you stuff does not get wet. They have plenty of dolly's to help you bring all the items to your unit. It is a month to month lease and they ask for 10 day notice if you not going to be needing the unit anymore. Very convenient that you are not locked into something for a year or longer. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 starts and not 5 is because when I booked it over the phone the girl told me that the unit can be in 2 people's name (this was very important to me and I made sure to ask numerous times during the call). However when we came to sign the lease, we were told that the unit can only be in one person's name and there is no way around that. Other than that this place is nice and for a reasonable price.

Good place e for storing your furniture or old items. Decent prices and super clean facility with plenty of options on storage locker sizes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. The frieght elevator for non-commercial clients was out so had to go down to other elevators is only reason I gave 4 ?

Location is great, access hours are amazing! They just need to work a bit more on the cleaning part of the building… other than that it’s a great storage place!
