I’ve been renting for some time now and my first and subsequent interactions with Ken has been beyond satisfactory. He has been extremely informative, patient and thorough -especially with explaining the contract and how to navigate the facility. just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .
