In my hour of need, Deanna came to my rescue. She proved to be caring, patient and very understanding all the while being very professional. I presently have very poor mobility. Both Deanna and the other manager went above and beyond what's expected of them. From my experience these 2 ladies are definitely assets to your company.

This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. This was such an easy process and the woman I talked to over the phone was so sweet and genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, secure, and cheap.

I reserved my space with Portia. She was fabulous from the start. Answered all of my questions and got me going. When I arrived to the facility on East 10th Street, I was greeted by Stan. Checking in with him was super easy and he explained everything thoroughly. I was escorted to my unit by Ghandi. He was friendly and kind. He explained hours and elevators to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone I worked with today to reserve my unit was professional and very friendly. They made the process so seamless.
