I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. Honestly, I've rented from a few storage places over the years, and this one is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the units are clean and well-lit. Plus, they have all the moving supplies you need right on-site.

Clean, well-maintained, modern facilities (but 2 out of the three garage doors have been "temporarily out of order" for a while. Only one door works!). But my five-star rating is due to the professionalism and courteousness - of the staff, who were accommodating and cooperative way beyond expectations.
