So far my experience has been excellent. It's a nice facility. I did have a pleasant experience, when I 1st was "checking in", I was told to park in the numbered spot. When I came back the 2nd time, I did the same. The male employee of that Saturday morning shift told us that we didn't have to do that anymore, just put my code in and just pull in. We had two vehicles at that moment but, I had a personal "duh" moment. Very appreciative to him for pointing that out to me as I was still in transition mode. Very helpful, intuitive staff, would definitely recommend

From the beginning of the online lookup, I received a call from Customer Care Porsha asking if I needed help with my check in. Right away I was completely comfortable and felt seen and appreciated. As for my physical check in I was greeted with the amazing feeling of being able to walk through the reservation without being mistaken. Overall amazing experience and it was worth the tacos and margaritas but I was in town with family and friends so maybe next time. 10/10
