Update. This has been resolved. Thanks so much for helping me out. Victor was so very helpful! Moral of the story: people get busy and sometimes help is a little slow to arrive. If you are persistent, you’ll eventually find the right person. Victor is an asset at the Storage Post location in New Rochelle. I hope he’s appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate him! Damage due to falling ceiling. No help! Need to update my review. I've been a customer for 5 years and have ways enjoyed Storage Post. However, I have damage to one of the rooms and it's getting progressively worse. I've mentioned it to the staff several times. I'll try to upload some of the pictures shortly.

Anna was a really big help i was in and out she showed us what we needed it was a breeze with her I recommend storage post and go in to see Anna she get you what u need with out any problems !!!

Claude I have been using storage facilities for the last 12 years and by far Storage Post is the ideal place to store your belongings! the hours are great, the staff is professional, courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. The facility is temperature control, extremely clean and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a space to rent. Storage is best ever? Share a tip.

I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !

I've used other storage facilities in the past, but Storage Post is hands down my favorite. Their staff is so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are always immaculate. Two thumbs up!

Dont be fooled by the location of this place! This is actually a great facility. Easy access to parking, clean bathrooms and working carts. The staff is excellent and the manager was very nice! I just got evicted from my apt and Jose helped us find the right unit for the best budget! I saved alot coming here and love the service! I hope every Storage post is like this. Thank you!

Good morning everyone.. I just wanted to say that storage post on Fordham rd is the best in NYC and that's my opinion . I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me.. Mr. Alex is the perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL business man who cares for his customers and Ms Gloria is a perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL worker who also cares about her customers and their units.. thank you guy's for your professionalism and for your help ..
