I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.

My overall time with extra space was absolutely amazing. I moved in and my stuff was kept safe and sound. Then of course I misplaced my keys and Nancy was very nice and she is very understanding and yeah I would definitely recommend them because Nancy and her crew was just absolutely amazing and awesome.
