I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.

During my time at storage Siobhan attended to my service . She was very attending to my needs . Her customer service made me feel comfortable and addressed my concerns . Great experience

This location is the best storage company in NYC. I'm moving from Pittsburgh PA 2 attend law school soon and when I walked in- all staff were brilliant, professional, kind, helpful, and so amazing that I chose the law school finally because of the staff who took care of me immediately and answered all my questions. Thank you Melrose Avenue, your location is outstanding and amazing, everyone needs 2 receive a raise and a plaque, stating, "The Best In NYC!"

Had a unit in the east village location for over 10 years, since it was Keepers, and have always been greeted by Lynda's welcoming smile and upbeat attitude. Never a problem she can't help me with. Between Lynda and the elevator guys, the service is top notch!

If I could give more stars I would ... GREAT staff and Manager was very nice, honest and helpful , the facility is just spotless looks and feels good and organized once you get there. Paperwork was very easy and fairly quick. Reasonable rates. I'd say it's all due to their professionalism and a fantastic customer service they provide. Really Happy with my experience. Thanks +

He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made a lasting impression with his warm attitude. Adrian answered all of my questions with care and patience, especially since this was my first time renting storage. He reassured me that my belongings would be safe and secure at StoragePost.
