I have been with Storage Post for over a year. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit recently. They are always there for me in one way or another when needed without any hesitation and this time was no different. A definite 5 star location in this area!

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. Hope this review helps you with your choice of storage facilities in the East Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Glendale areas. P.S. If you refer a friend, there's a $50 credit in it for you.

Carlos was amazing. Efficient and knowledgeable. He was respectful of our time and very polite. After having a terrible experience with another storage company, Carlos was breath of fresh air. Again, an amazing experience. Thanks Carlos.

Jessica is awesome! She went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! She aided me in the process from start to finish and made it all effortless. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and also took the time to inform me on several options, and in the end helped me select an excellent unit for my needs. She even sent me pictures and video of the Unit she recommended for me! Thank you Jessica! The property is very clean, newer construct, large doors, well lit, and provides 24 hour access. All fantastic features that one would want in a storage facility.
