Alex Lambertus was wonderful! He was so reliable and resourceful; helped me with my move from one unit to the next with the patience of an angel. He even hooked me up with a great price and with garbage bags. He is a true asset to the facility and should definitely be promoted to management. I’m recommending this place and Alex to everyone!!!

I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.

First of all I would like to say Rudy is beyond helpful. Very polite and patient. We actually found this storage place for a relative of mine but when speaking of prices I had to terminate my overpriced storage location and move in to this one. Rudy was respectful and answered every question we had as we toured multiple units until we found the one we chose. He helped make the whole process very easy. The location is clean and kept well.
