Not a great deal for a little 5x5 and all the add ons. Nice helpful people and clean but expensive.

I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.

The exit signs need to be accompanied by Elevator signs. Other than that, the storage facility is VERY CLEAN.

Everything appears to be good with the storage space. But, the reservation wasn't clear that it was not climate controlled and a $15 admin fee on top of that.
