I can't believe I was so stupid to be paying $120 more per month at a storage facility on Carrollton, that was much more rude, dangerous, inconvenient and many more negatives. This River Road facility I just moved to is terrific and such an improvement. The counter lady who helped me complete the final paperwork and move in was simply wonderful, I saved myself over $1400 per year in kind of an impulsive move, but I'm sure glad I did it.

Not only is he so patient, and understanding, but he's especially the right person for the job! Max, is knowledgeable and great, at what he brings to the table. His demeanor is right on point! when it comes to customer service! (Great Customer Service) Max deserves to be acknowledged for his wonderful contributions to your company. He's definitely a keeper. I'm just saying. Good employees are hard to come by these days. And, Max is one of those very good employees. Cherish his hard dedicated work. Thank you.

I found this gem on google maps! Five minutes away from home! Britany was so kind and charming. She made sure I got a unit the perfect size for what I needed. She was so helpful and detailed in explaining the contract and everything.
