Outstanding customer service!!!!!! Facilities are so clean!!

"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and her professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident and secure about storing my belongings here. I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

This facility is great. Its clean, secure, and reliable. Nicole was extremely kind and helpful in our search.She got us the best deal and explained everything to us. Im renting the 5x5x10 room. I'm happy I found this facility.

Super super nice and very efficient. Did everything over the phone, I just had to show up and finalize a few things. He walked me to the unit and showed me everything. Excellent prices! Great in person and over the phone customer service! Definitely recommend.

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.
