The Management at the Jersey City Storage Post are the best in the industry, especially Valerie! Valerie is helpful, caring, professional, very hard-working and a true asset to the company. Because of her I will recommend Storage Post to all my friends and colleagues. I have been to Manhattan Mini Storage and they are managed by horrible gross humans. Coming to Storage Post was a breath of fresh air and relief of stress. Thank you Valerie and Storage Post for running a business the right way and caring for your customers. You are the best!

They defiantly try to take storage to the next step, they let u send packages, climate controlled rooms, high ceilings in storage units at no extra charge, protection plans available. I feel safe to store.

The young lady working there this morning was very polite, courteous and friendly. She assisted me with my reservation, explained policy and procedures, showed me how and where my unit was and even when there was an issue with the unit she not only took care of the issue, she even contacted me when the situation was resolved. Excellent customer service
