Santos was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. He took the time to walk me through the entire facility, showing me all the available units and their pricing. His patience and friendly demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I immediately decided to sign the contract. The entire team, including his co-workers, was kind and helpful throughout the process. I also want to commend the District Manager for building such a wonderful team. Their dedication to customer service is clear, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend Storage Post to anyone in need of storage solutions. The service is excellent, and the people are even better!

Porsha is amazing! She is very knowledgeable & understands the product and needs of her customers. She was professional, empathetic, customer friendly and understanding. She was also patient & polite. The facility is clean and safe.

My experience at Bell Tower was always pleasant, Brent was awesome and always a big help, I had my unit for 2 years and never had any issues, I only wish they had Sunday hrs, but it was not a major problem, if I ever need the need for storage again I will return....

We moved some old furniture that had belonged to my grandmother, as well as three book cases and multiple boxes, into a second space at Storage Post Yonkers the week before the December holidays. I was a little nervous about pulling this off so close to the holidays, as it is a busy time and can be challenging to get one-on-one customer service anywhere! Alex, the Storage Post manager, was amazing. He orchestrated the whole process so well for us that everything about the move-in went incredibly smoothly and efficiently. When we realized that a first space selected was not going to be the perfect size, he went back to the list of available spaces and was able to assess our items and square footage needs, and chose the perfect space right away. He also helped my husband and our movers recommend exactly how to place the items in the space to maximize use of the space. In short, he is a fantastic manager -- super competent, professional, and really nice to deal with. It makes us think of Storage Post almost as a family run business because of the attention to customer service. And btw Storage Post Yonkers is well maintained, accessible and has competitive prices! We are very happy to have chosen this facility! Thank you Alex, and Storage Post! :)
