As with any transfer from one facility to another there were some bumps along the way however once everything got settled at Storage Post I was extremely satisfied. This review is late! I've had a locker at Storage Post Jersey City for 2 years. The day I went to register for it, it was at closing and the door was locked. Victoria was still in the office. She got up to answer the door and when I told her what I wanted, but I could come back, she let me in. She took me around the facility, we did the paperwork and it was done. I didn't have to come back, she took time out of starting her weekend and was very pleasant about it. I'm sorry it took so long for me to thank her. The facility itself is excellent. Clean, well lit, secure, perfect. Notices of service changes are posted regularly so you always know when you can or cannot get to your locker. There are carts usually in the lobby, but on occasion you have to find one, but generally always have one available. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is I'd like the hours to be a little longer, but it's not killer.
