I just signed up so cannot attest to grading the facility itself but the current store manager Anthony is a gem! He was very helpful when i first signed up and got me the best unit available in regards to size and proximity to loading dock. The day i moved in was a Sunday and i was running a tad late since they do close early on that day and he was gracious enough to stay after hours to let me store my furniture that i was bringing in on a rental truck - if he hadn't stayed later i would have had no place to put my items and would have had to incur further charges with the rental truck co. I cannot thank him enough - he provided the human quality often lacking in business. His customer service and plain old compassion are second to none and this location would be smart to do anything to keep him there because i think he is the only reason the place is still running! Anthony - kudos to you and keep doing the amazing job you are doing! Thank You!

Was with the place next door for a few years where the price was high and the customer service low. Walked in to Storage Post a few months ago to inquire about pricing and was SO PLEASANTLY FRIGGIN' SURPRISED to meet Anthony who runs the joint with supreme attention to detail and wonderful salesmanship. We signed for a space on the spot, moved our stuff over the next week and are so pleased that we did. Great pricing structure, fantastically attentive/responsive. You know how certain places of business have a good feel to them? As in well run and a human/community element? Anthony makes that happen at Storage Post. And when you're lugging your s**t to or fro on a Saturday when you would much rather be doing something else, that nice vibe counts for a lot. 5 stars, no prob.

I’ve been coming to this facility for five years now and the staff presently working here on Metropolitan Avenue are amazingly helpful with anything they can assist with. In addition , I’ve always felt that my belongings are safe and secure here with the attentive staff. As polite and friendly as the staff are, I’ve been become friends with the staff and are always happy to see them. In addition this Storage facilities is one of the cleanest ones I ever seen.
