Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Really great customer service!! I needed a few extra minutes for my move in. I called and the front desk was able to accommodate me by staying late. 5 stars!! Really appreciate their flexibility
