I'm giving this place four stars because it's so darn creepy and yet so awesome. It might be by a metal scrap yard, down a dead end street, across the tracks from the metro north, and generally shady (abandoned delivery trucks, also saw a random clown service), but storage here is half of what you pay at Manhattan mini and they have the most flexible access hours.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . It's fine. Clean and we'll maintained. It's incredibly expensive. The location is really out of the way if you don't live in the area. It's like 15 -20 minutes from the highway. Also, considering the cost they could have better lighting and more dollies and units that are easier to access (it's kind of difficult to traverse the maze to get to my unit while I'm carrying 20 things or trying to push a dolly).
