Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!

I've used Storage Post before. Even through the expansion and renovation of their units they had great customer service, please and extended themselves to accommodate the customers. Even as I experienced difficulties they were there. The place is clean and quiet. Their location has had surrounding improvements and it is conveniently located, surrounded by stores and transportation. (One worker even stood in the rain waiting for keys apologizing that they were not open on time. About 11am they opened.) I even argued and became irate about a circumstance but your worker remained calm and relaxed and walked me through the confusion. (I had to apologize and really thank the person) A great team of people working there. Thank you!

My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

Clean place , just that with this covid-19 they don't even have a bottle of water to offer. Good access for drive with semi truck

Facilitated any easy and efficient transient from large unit to smaller unit in close proximity to each other.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Out of all the storage facilities on Long Island they give you your first two months free I can't say enough about it you got 24-hour access and you got cameras everywhere for Peace of Mind storage post is the place to be

They have a problem when you are canceling, and continue charging you.

I am in the process of moving and been looking for good a place that is not too expensive to store my furniture and had no luck until I came into this store, this store is very clean and well maintained. Also Reynier the store Rep. Was very helpful in helping me pick the right size room for me and their prices are very reasonable. Over all I am very satisfied with this store and serviced I received. I recommend it to anyone!
