Great place for storage. The team is really friendly and efficient and the amenities are very convenient as well.

I just rented a unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The staffs were super helpful and made the whole process easy. I also got two months free, which is a great bonus. The space is neat, affordable, and well-kept.

This experience was awesome Adrian was very professional and helpful, she also help me out with my lock letting me get a temporary lock just so I can go get my long term lock, so I really appreciate her for that going out her way when she didn't have to. Also she always made sure I had everything I needed and had my access code and was there for every question I asked. Wish all employees in the world had this type of customer service and it's is a pleasure to have this person help and services. Thank you and I appreciate this storage facility.

Great staff

I was a little nervous as I never have really dealt with storage units before and I needed to get my uncles belongings in a unit for his passing. I dealt with Adrian and not only was a he a huge help he was very engaging and I felt heard and seen, even offered his condolences. He made something that had me anxious as painless and smooth as possible.

The on-site staff at the location are fantastic. When I messed up something and didn't have access to my locker, they were so good in fixing the situation. Also, very reassuring and kind - I was pretty freaked out! Carmen, Romulus, and Lidell were the best! The only disappointment with Storage Post is that the hours of public access to the units are more limited than when I first got my locker long ago. It is for increased security, so I understand, but still a little tricky sometimes when I had to get to the unit in Brooklyn after work in the city.

Fantastic customer service who took their time to make sure all my questions were fully answered.

Recently, we were changing units in this facility. Jermaine, was helpful and quick in assisting to close our original unit. We look forward to keeping our new unit here with such kind and helpful service.
