This location is very new (and, in fact, still partially under construction at this time), but thanks to that they offer some great rates on storage. Very accessible by road (just a block from the Bruckner off-ramp of the Willis Ave Bridge), though not as much by train — it's about a half-mile walk from the nearest #6 stop. The layout is a little overcrowded and maze-like, with some levels having steel grid deck "floors" and some units being tricky to access. (Entrances around corners, doors that swing open into the accessway, etc.) So, depending on where in the facility your unit is located, it can be tricky to store larger items or move a lot of stuff in and out. But especially for lighter, more compact storage needs, Storage Post can be a great resource and the price is right!

Very clean, always pretty well lit. So far it's a great experience. A little pricey, but they seem to have the best hours of operation around. The front desk manager was helpful from the day I met him to present time. Everyone has been pleasant, since I first called their Customer Service line and requested information. I highly recommend!

My move in the storage went well. I just have to say that that ladder was scary considering I had 2 suitcases.

I highly recommend Storage post-self-storage for its reasonable prices and friendly service.!! Very clean and easy access to store stuff. I had the pleasure of speaking to manny that was very very helpful to me and he made me feel so comfortable when I opened up my unit, Manny was Super nice his energy was amazing he fixed all my details in the system because I booked over the phone with a woman and a lot of my information was put in wrong and manny corrected it all. Manny said let's go see the unit to make sure it's a good fit for you before we sign everything he walked me to my unit to show me it and I loved it. We then went back down to confirm and signed my documents which by the way was easy as 123. They have an easy-loading part to park right in front. This place is great!!! I am at the storage facility at least 3 times per week for my business and always have a great experience. I am always greeted by a kind, courteous, helpful employee name Manny. This storage is the best storage place I have ever come in contact with it feels like home if you are looking for a storage place this is the one for you.
