I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this storage place. I was helping my mom shop for a small unit so that she can switch out her winter and summer goods between seasons as needed. I had used storage with another company some time ago, so I was expecting a dusty cavernous feeling warehouse, however it was the complete opposite. I was greeted by the working manager Fadi. He was very courteous and informative. He went the extra mile to show me all the new amenities his site had to offer as opposed to my experience in the past. The warehouse was well lit, clean and the price was reasonable for the services that were being offered.

Jessica and Adriana is a great duo together. I lost my storage keys and both ladies help assist me. I've never seen a drill out done so fast. I was able to make my appointment. These ladies are awesome together " Team work makes a dream work. Thank you ladies

Clean and cheap. Used to be able to access 24/7, so the restricted hours now is too bad.

It's a nice place so far i just moved in the only thing is the carts are hard to find they need 2be in one place that's easy to find instead going all over the place looking for them .

The young gentleman who procesed me in was very pleasant and professional. The storage units here are basically large walk-in closets. Above each closet there's a space about 4 feet wide by 4 feet high by 5 feet deep. One must roll a huge, unwieldy rollable staircase into place in front of the closet door in order to access this small and high space. However, this 80 cubic feet of space easily swallowéd up my stuff with many many cubic feet of space remaining for stuff I'll never use. At $9/month, this arrangement most pleased me. Unfortunately, Storage Post just raised my rent to $18/month. Their e-mail gave no rationale for the price spike. They could have at least phased in the increase over a few months. They've left me feeling they are at best greedy and at worst desperate. It's a shame they did the increase this way. As far as customer service I've been pleased with their polite, no-nonsense approach. The small, high-up $9/month cubicles were a great way for Storage Post to bring in some money from what would have been wasted space and provided a bargain option for folks like myself who didn't have a whole lot of stuff and were willing to trade some convenience for a greatly reduced monthly bill.
