There needs to be more carts do the consumer can put there items it there storage other than that I’m satisfied with my unit it’s the perfect size and fit.

Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens. Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.

Poor communication between customer service number in real life sraff

The staff were very helpful, friendly and personable. I would recommend it. The facility itself is an old building and access is not as easy as other places, but the staff makes up for it.

Clean, secure and well-lit. I appreciate the 24 hour access and reasonable pricing. I would have given five stars, but there's one problem: there aren't enough ramps! I shouldn't have to lift wheels over a curb. That's my only complaint. I notice that there are units labled as "accessible". If I'm able-bodied and struggling over the curbs, what is a person in a wheelchair or using a walker supposed to do? Please install ramps.

This is my first time renting a storage space so this is all new to me. The customer service on the phone was great. Super helpful and reassuring. Carlos at the LIC location was super helpful too, trying to find other units for me wherever possible. The problem is the units are not measured to size. So you should really go take a look before the actual move day to be sure it is the right size for you. Besides that, I would recommend this place!
