Although I was upset someone broke into my locker & stole all of my esthetician equipment/household materials. I have to mention the exceptional customer service I was able to recieve from the new management. There was a guy walking around making Sure he was monitoring the facility as well as the guy at the front desk who helped me with an insurance claim+ a new lock. I wanted to thank you personally for being attentive, alert and on top of business. As soon as I mentioned an issue with my old lock he took the steps to drill it off for me free of charge. I appreciate you all caring about my items and explaining what happened! I was having a terrible day after finding the unfortunate events and the staff remained calmed and didn't trigger an even further attitude. Thank you so much Max For being very knowledgeable about your job and having a calm spirit

There was some challenges during their transition, however they pulled it together and now, there is a bigger and better Storage Facility. The staff is exceptional, will help you the best they can.

Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. At the end of our visit, both Shadey and the manager thanked us for our business and left us with a smile. I highly recommend Storage Post for anyone in need of storage solutions! I recommend Storage Post self storage to everyone looking for a storage bcos the in and out of the storage is immaculately clean and excellent customer service.

Everything went well. I was able to reserve my unit online and pay for it the day before. Also, the representative in the office was very accommodating. It was also easy to access my unit and I felt safe while doing so. And I forgot my lock, but I was also able to purchase one at the reception desk.
