I have been here over 1year, and they have gone the extra mile (Nicole Florie) helped me transfer from one spot to another, moisture and Dirt and dust where seeping in, and this young lady took the time to inspect the old locker and changed me over to new locker. I’ve been using this facility since I was 5 months pregnant (july 2024) and they have been nothing but great to me!! The customer service they provide is outstanding from all employees especially Randy, Tyrone, and Andrew!! These guys are extremely personable, helpful, respectful, empathetic people. They listen to your needs and go above & beyond to assist in any way to their abilities. These gentlemen have made my trips and/or phone calls to the storage post feel like light at the end of the tunnel every single time and lord knows times have been very hard. I am appreciative of these guys and their exceptional service truly!! Thank you!!

Came into transferred to a bigger space the ladies in the office Adriana and Jessica were so friendly and so helpful. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into getting me into the exact space that I needed.
