I was so fortunate to find such an incredible gem at Post Self Storage!! (Chicago) Robert is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience if it wasn’t for him and being so helpful, I wouldn’t have had my storage locker or items in there protected safely and taking the time making you feel welcome and a priority when you just came from having a tough day of moving, made such a difference. The young man at the front desk was very amiable and went the second mile to explain all the features of entering and leaving the storage unit. He was patient and even waited for a few more minutes at the end of his shift to ensure that all is well.

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. My experience today was amazing. I got here at the top of the morning when they open and Tyrone was here punctual as always. Upon entry, he gave me the schematics of all the storage unit and how I could essentially use the storage facility to my advantage and I truly appreciate it. I’m definitely looking forward to my time here at storage post
