I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

this facility is a great place to store your stuff. everything is well maintained and the staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Mario. he stayed extra hours just to help me finish moving my things. he was very helpful with the elevator, considering i had to go up and down quite a lot. i would definitely recommend this place 10/10. clean, fast, and efficient
