What People are Saying

Mott Haven- BEST Storage Post Office! If you’re looking to store away treasured items that don’t fit in your small NYC apartment, head over to the Mott Haven (Bruckner), location. There you will come across Great staff members that are Knowledgeable, Friendly, Kind and Supportive. The team members I’m talking about are: Delroy (Supervisor), Pedro and William who is new. Upon changing my room to a bigger space, I was in personal contact with Pedro who took his time to check and later show me a few rooms available. When I was interacting with him in the rental office, he answered every question, dealt with every one of my concerns and patiently listened to me. Delroy chimed in and kindly assisted with one of my requests when a small glitch occurred. While William was there learning the ropes with note pad in hand and taking a vested interest in his job. This location is a run like a well-oiled machine. I have been at this location since the beginning and have nothing but Good things to say about this Team. Kudos! Pedro, Delroy and William, keep up the Good Work!

Good rates, clean & friendly

The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! I had some issues with my move, the staff and management went above and beyond to make things smoother. Thank you Alicia for taking care of me in the time of need!!!

From the moment I walked in, Emonie completely changed the experience for me. I had been comparing multiple storage facilities, weighing prices, locations, and reviews but what ultimately made me choose Storage Post was her. She answered every question thoroughly, walked me through the options clearly, and made the entire process seamless. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, warmth, and efficiency the way she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She is truly an asset to Storage Post, and the reason they earned my business.

Great and friendly service from Jarred!

Friendly People Very Helpful, good prices, very clean, and air conditioned!

Tanaysha was so helpful with me finding a storage space

Thanks Tanaysha

Good Morning, I wanted to take this time this morning to write a long overdue and well deserved review on this Storage Post here in New Rochelle. Having had several bad experiences with customer service in general I found this to be a worthy post. As I finally decided to come on board and rent a unit I must say that I was surprised by the welcoming hospitality that I received coming in the door, during a quick tour to actually see a few possible units that I may be interested in, as well upon my leaving the store. The woman I met was simply amazing and I can tell was truly genuine about people and her job (meeting the needs of customers). Her name is Zophier. Zophier not only made me be at ease with this decision and transition but she also was able to smoothly multitask and yet not forget the business we had begun. As I finally decided on a unit after seeing a few, Zophier made this sign up as easy as possible for me. Since I have been here everything has been smooth sailing and. Because of this outstanding service I already brought in a friend and will continue to refer people to this branch at the Storage Post of New Rochelle. Thank you Zophier and thank you Storage Post for having such an amazing representative on deck who actually cares. Trust me in today's businesses it is extremely rare. ~ Lawrence

I can't say enough good things about this storage facility! ?? During an extremely hot summer, their climate-controlled units kept my belongings safe and secure. Additionally, their staff is incredibly warm and inviting. A+!

I have 3 units here !! Ashley is always willing to help out even with my ridiculous request. She is BEYOND friendly a huge peoples person. The building is very clean and smells nice Ashley is always cleaning the facility I always tell her to take a break because she works too hard everyday Thank You Ash your hard work is always appreciated !!

I needed a safe and secure location to keep my possessions while I was moving across town. They provided the ideal answer. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, and their facilities are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
