Revising my review. Initially the things I stored here grew mold and i was told that I would not be compensated for it. However the manager at this location helped me the best he could to help me get some compensation for my belongings. I received less than the value of what was in the unit, but I appreciate them taking responsibility for what happened.

This place is great the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because often times staff Indy avalible so when I couldn't remember the number for my storage locker it took me 35 mintues to find a staff member to help me.

It's fine. Clean and we'll maintained. It's incredibly expensive. The location is really out of the way if you don't live in the area. It's like 15 -20 minutes from the highway. Also, considering the cost they could have better lighting and more dollies and units that are easier to access (it's kind of difficult to traverse the maze to get to my unit while I'm carrying 20 things or trying to push a dolly).

Very Helpful staffs...considerate and courteous...My unit hallway is always clean...except for no available trash disposal inside facility.
