I cannot say enough positive things about Storage Post on Dunnigan Drive in Suffern, NY. From the minute we walked in and met Joan the process of picking the right size storage unit, being shown how secure the site is and how easy access to our unit will be, was smooth sailing. Joan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We definately feel that our possessions will be well stored and cared for.

Danielle was great. She willingly stayed half an hour late on a Saturday just because I was running behind. She explained in detail things that I ACTUALLY needed to know, and was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when compared to the norm in the Kenner/St. Rose area. I'd do business with the company again simply for her exemplary service.

I put a reservation online and when I came in the guy named Carlos showed me 3 different units and he was very patient with me and sweet. He was going to eat his lunch but instead he helped me. I appreciated the effort and conversation with Carlos. He made my experience better.
