I can see why the other reviews talks about Manny. I was having a bad day due to having to move but he was so understanding, polite and professional. This is the best storage place on the island because of him.

Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. You need to add cold, it’s hot and humid on the first floor, but everything else is fine.

I cannot explain just how delightful it was to move my things into this storage. Shaday was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the phone salesman, because even he made me feel taken care of and happy! I really dig this place! Just please dont raise my rent! I recently met Carlos the other day when renting out a parking space and I'm delighted to say that he is a funny and firm character. I enjoyed meeting him and very happy with his customer service as well. He and Shaday are great, knowledgeable and helpful people. Another great experience at SP!

I have been with Storage Post for over a year. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit recently. They are always there for me in one way or another when needed without any hesitation and this time was no different. A definite 5 star location in this area!

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. Hope this review helps you with your choice of storage facilities in the East Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Glendale areas. P.S. If you refer a friend, there's a $50 credit in it for you.

I recently rented a unit at Storage Post in Lawrence, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the units are clean and secure. The 24-hour access is also a huge plus!

Helpful staff and easy move-in!

Everybody was extremely helpful. We got stuck at work, and our access ended at 7 PM. Carmen stayed after the office was supposed to close at 6:00PM for maybe 20 to 30 minutes to help me get everything sorted so that we could get into the unit today, when we rented our UHaul. I’ve rented tons of storage units in my life, between cities and college towns, and this experience was amazing. The whole facility is spotless, and I cant emphasize the extent to which they saved us when we mixed up the reservation. I would expect storage in New York City to be difficult and a tremendous hassle but this facility made it easy & took loads of stress away!

Very clean facility, always parking space available, plenty of carts for transporting your things to and from your storage unit.
