The space I had seen online turned out to have a large pillar obstructing a sizable portion of the room, so I decided to pass (there's no such thing as a bargain), but Miguel was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional in showing me the space. Thanks to them, I would certainly return at a later date to consider a different room.

The nicest people to work with when the rain hit hard a couple weeks ago the lower floors was flooded in they moved us up to higher floor in took care in made sure all was right

This is the best location I have ever been to the customer service and professionalism here is amazing. Adrian was exceptional and courteous. Also the clearness location by far. Thank you again Adrian for taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of with my unit and staying late to assist me. Greatly appreciated it. Let me just tell you. Johahna is the best employee they have not only. Does she fix my issue every time, but she does it with such grace and compassion. She really cares about the customers. And even though it’s just a job. It feels like I’m talking to my Friend, who helps me anytime..

Great location, very convenient in terms of access (multiple entrances, all ramp/handicap accessible) staff is great, Leslie excels in customer service and I had the pleasure to interact with. He guided me there and made sure everything was done efficiently. I highly recommend it!

Me and my mother got stranded with our rented uhaul truck and all of our belongings after extra space storage closed without notice at 5pm after they told us they close at 10pm. Thanks to storage post on Fordham Bronx and the wonder staff Gloria for staying late and accommodating me and my mother with a storage unit and a month free. Thanks again I will recommend them to any friends and family.
