Had a great experience at the storage post in Elizabeth. Had an issue with my bank and was not able to pay it on time causing a late fee. Jarred was there to help and told me he didn’t promise but will try to get the fee waved. In the end he waved the late fee as a courtesy. Jarred has excellent customer service.

At Storage Post, dealing with few of the employees/ associates, such as Maria & Yasmin seems to make things work out for clients that are in distress. I surely appreciate the efforts of these two individuals, for their cooperation and assistance. I will definitely rate these two excellent.

I went to the storage facility on Saturday the 20th and was greeted by Edyta..a most charming and helpful young lady.. Edyta showed me the storage areas and Ibwas really impressed with how clean and secure the facility is....needless to say I signed up immediately..she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable ...Edyta is a compliment to your staff and facility...
