On my application, the people I spoke to over the phone were very cordial and respectful, even if I had to be transferred from one facility to another person in charge for the unit I'm applying for. They didn't switch the calls while I talk, or bang the phone when they speak or request for further time to look into my file. Steve was VERY friendly and efficient, even to apologize and admitted truthfully when it was concluded that the unit was given away (but, fortunately, another one was made available!). You feel important, not just another person speaking in the other line, not seeing your face on how I speak, not knowing the proper questions to ask. When I walked into the unit, the lady manager was cordial, too, and even when she was busy, admittedly she asked if it's okay with me to be interviewed by Haresh (?), who, patiently, walked with me AGAIN to explain how to use those locked doors (as the one to my unit was slightly broken!). I liked the green color of the walls - it made the steel doors softer and cooler, unlike gray/white steel doors when you are using the ground level that is cold. Business it may seem, but the atmosphere is something you wouldn't be expecting to find in this place these days. Again, thank you for such a friendly welcome.
