Had a great experience at the storage post in Elizabeth. Had an issue with my bank and was not able to pay it on time causing a late fee. Jarred was there to help and told me he didn’t promise but will try to get the fee waved. In the end he waved the late fee as a courtesy. Jarred has excellent customer service.

Storage Post in Jersey City has reminded me of the importance of taking care of my belongings. It's clear that their staff takes pride in their work, and it's reflected in the cleanliness and security of the facility.

This is my first time ever needing a storage unit and I would like to thank Jarrod for helping me from beginning to end, even helping me pick out a lock. He went above and beyond and was super kind to me and made this process very simple for me.

Decided to rent a small unit and the minute I walked in the door for assistance I already felt it was a really great experience. Edyta Colon, Store Specialist has superb customer service skills. She was very pleasant and thorough with the unit and facility. I am a repeat customer and I believe it was also Edyta that assisted me 3 years ago as well.
