It is climate controlled. We were overseas for three years. We left our household items at Bell Tower Storage. We had no problems for three years. We did not have furniture so they were not stored. Our staff had minimal dust, and that is expected. No damage. It is an affordable place for storage. They are not open on Sundays. We did not have a problem with that. If you will be going your storage frequently that may be a problem. They close at 3 pm on saturdays and they are not open on Sundays.

He went above and beyond to ensure my offer was provided, did not rush the process despite the fact the location was very busy that day.
