There was a small wrinkle with my move in, as the room i reserved had been once three rooms that had merged, and the room number on the door was not quite the one in my online paperwork. I would have to say that the staff was very helpful, and the desk guy even stayed late to make sure i had the correct room. The prices are good, and i can't argue with 2 free months, less signing fee, etc. I had a bad experience with a competitor, and excessively severe late fee. I plan to emply that space and move everything to storage post. Hopefully, I will continue to be happy with them.

My experience with the entire Staffs at STORAGE POST, is excellent! They are all courteous, professional, and very helpful... the Specialist at this Jersey City site, Yamash Singh, is an exemplary employee! The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer. I am VERY satisfied with STORAGE POST, and would recommend this Company, especially the Jersey City branch, to anyone. Thank you all for your help and courtesy. I am very satisfied with my Unit! C. I took forever to finally leave this review and it is long overdue. I have been to a couple of different storage facilities and Storage Post is number one they keep up with their facilities very well maintenance. If anything goes on, they put a ticket in and resolve it immediately. They also assist all customers and go above and beyond if need be, I had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed and Valerie extremely great people, very professional, and extremely courteous and understanding Tom I would love to give a huge shout out to in the office at the Broadway location. He’s always there when you need him always willing and able to answer any and every question as well as address any, and every concern that you may have extremely transparent and extremely professional I am very satisfied with not only the facility itself but the incredible people running it. Thank you guys so much.

Great storage center, amazing customer Service. Nick helped me settle in, And gave me directions on how to get around. 5x10 storage space does fit items from one furnished room. 10x10 is very spacious. No disappointments here.
