A special thank you to the manager, Erik Lauletta, who went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He answered all my questions, helped me find the right unit, and made the entire process quick and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. I went to the Storage Post in Setauket with my boyfriend to help him grab a few items. We were having difficulty with the latch. Kirill was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for us in no time. I would highly recommend this location.

I'm a little late but have been so busy. However, I did not want to neglect writing my review any longer. I need to let people know how WONDERFUL Storage Post in RVC is. I spoke to Susan and Erin in the reservation center and they were so nice and helpful! I had to go to the office to fill out my paperwork and Jeffrey Gabburt was so professional and delightful and made the experience so smooth. My sister told me she just bought boxes there to help me pack and said the same thing... about how nice Jeffrey is. Five stars for Storage Post and their fantastic employees!!!!

Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.

Porscha was absolutely amazing and helped me get through the process so quickly and effortlessly. She called after her hours had ended just to make sure my same day move in went smoothly. Overall had a great move in experience. The location is convenient, the units and building are very clean, and the staff is so helpful!
