First, I have to say that even just speaking on the phone, Adrian made me feel completely at home. His professionalism and kindness stood out right away. When I arrived at the location on 9-01-25, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. Adrian, a very friendly young man , helped me through every step of the process from finding the perfect unit that fit my criteria exactly, to walking me through the paperwork and explaining everything clearly. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very well maintained. Because of Adrian’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Five stars all the way! The associate at the Garden City location was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Clean facility. Their is ten dollar mandatory insurance fee per month on top of your monthly payment. Wasnt told upfront but still the monthly cost was affordable.
