Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.

I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over. The phone contract was sent and received past codes provided access upon arrived at the storage unit BY 9:30 PM and stored all my son's stuff, so kudos to self storage.

Angie was super helpful. Gave us great service and pricing. Highly recommend this place and ask for her.

Very professional at the front desk. Facility is clean, spacious hallways, plenty of dollys to use.

Dan was very helpful - showed me a few units to choose from. Overall a very smooth experience. I would allow yourself about 30 minutes as several forms need to be filled out and signed.
